Cream Sauce Smoked Salmon Pasta

Hi There!

I like a quick, healthy-ish and yummy dish for dinner. I have not cooked in quite some time as I am being spoiled a lot. Also, I am usually working during prepping time for dinner.

So, Monday night was my turn. I was feeling adventures and have been craving a creamy pasta.

Prep time for this dish is 10minutes and cooking time is 15minutes. Bargain, right!


  • 175g pasta (you can use any)
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped (I used at least 6)
  • 125g smoked salmon, chopped (I used 200g. I mean it is 100g packets and I had to buy two)
  • 8-10 tablespoons whipping cream
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 lime wedges

Step 1:

Cook the pasta and while that is going heat your oil in a pan and fry the spring onion until softened.

Step 2:

Stir in the chopped salmon and whipping cream and heat until it starts to bubble, then simmer for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.


Last step:

Dish up your pasta and add the sauce, season with some black pepper and squeeze over the lime.

Enjoy the flavours!

This dish is perfect for a quick dinner with not enough time. It is filling and serves 2 comfortably.
